When building your team, make sure you don’t just focus on skill set proficiency and ability to perform tasks efficiently.
*Make sure they are anointed and have capacity to see your blind spots and discern gaps the enemy has been targeting.
*Make sure they can carry you in the realm of the spirit?
*Make sure they can war in the Spirit and go before the Father on your behalf for strategy and solutions?
In order to steward a kingdom business you’re going to need more than the wisdom of this world. You’re going to need the wisdom of God and strategies from heaven! You’re going to need spiritual insight and revelation.
You see, it’s not just about performing tasks, completing projects; meeting deadlines, KPI’s, and benchmarks, and accomplishing goals, or even making money.
*You need a team who is skilled in the art of spiritual warfare! A team who can go up in the spirit realm, inquire of the Lord, consult with God concerning you and your kingdom business, and take what heaven has decreed and released AND legislate and execute it in your business.
*You SHOULD NOT be the only one on your team who is praying and interceding!
*You SHOULD NOT be the only one on your team who has access to the realm of the spirit, God, and heaven! And if you are, you need to reconsider who’s on your team.
Moses and David had skilled men of war on their team (Numbers 1:2-3; Numbers 31:48-49; 2 Samuel 24:8-39; 1 Chronicles 11:10-47; 12:1-22;).
Your kingdom business isn’t just about making money. It’s about claiming and possessing territories, regions, mountains, systems, kingdoms, principalities, and governments.
This is KINGDOM BUSINESS, not your personal agenda or dream. Your business is God’s dream and project.
God has entrusted into your stewardship the part you’ve been assigned in the advancement of His kingdom here on this earth!
It matters who is on your team. Choose wisely!
Send us your prayer requests or general inquiries. We’d love to hear from you.
