I was sitting and talking with the Lord, thanking Him for His goodness and faithfulness when Holy Spirit brought to my remembrance where I was this time last year.

This time last year was one of the hardest seasons I had experienced in my life! I suffered with severe fibromyalgia symptoms and couldn’t get out of bed most days. I was broken, drained, exhausted, and frustrated. I was stuck in a cycle that seemed would never end; and yes, I was still smiling, still encouraging others and speaking life into them, still ministering, and still praying and interceding!

I was moving forward in life even though I was hurting.
What I didn’t know and understand is that I was being processed (pruned) and prepared for such a time as this! Glory, my God in heaven!

Had I not gone THROUGH and HEALED in the last season, I wouldn’t be able to walk boldly into and fully embrace all that the Father has for me this season. Catch that! I had to go THROUGH in order to GET TO my NEXT and NOW!

1 Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭10‬ ‭AMPC‬‬
“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace [Who imparts all blessing and favor], Who has called you to His [own] eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will Himself complete and make you what you ought to be, establish and ground you securely, and strengthen, and settle you.”

“Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is [progressively] decaying and wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day after day. For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease!]."

At 51, although still managing symptoms of fibromyalgia, I am healthier than I’ve ever been; full of life, youth, and vitality (due to the strategy and program the Lord gave me to reclaim my health and vitality- Hope 4 You Health & Wellness, launching Spring 2026).

I am clear, at peace, settled, grounded, secure, determined, and Godfident. This year, the Lord is showing me a world and life that I didn’t know was awaiting the healed and whole version of myself!

I encourage you and am praying that you breakthrough: get your healing (mind, body, spirit, and soul AND financial and relationships) so that you can experience and have all that Abba Father has planned, prepared, and has in store for you!
